Philadelphia will be enforcing a new driving law soon. The law will fine anyone talking on a cell phone while driving.
Does this law include reading the news paper, putting on make up and shaving?

I agree. Cell phones should be banned while driving. Women drivers too.

Cali has a law against texting/SMSing while driving. Explicitly stated because Missies like the one in the pic prolly thought there was a loophole in the law.

Yea but everyone can still jack off while doing 75 MPH.
Before these laws came into play here in Hawaii we still have/had the 3rd worst drivers in the world.
How bout a law that keeps your head outta yer ass while on the road ?
